Hasselt gin or Hasselt is a gin made on the territory of the administrative canton of Hasselt (Hasselt, Diepenbeek, Zonhoven).

According to a time-honored tradition, the production makes essential use of:

A distillate of alcohol with plants, herbs and juniper berries;
A cereal eau de vie.
